流動化學(xué)系統(tǒng)具有傳遞性能好、混合時間短、可實現(xiàn)流體間的快速均勻混合等特點而引起了眾多學(xué)者和生產(chǎn)者的極大關(guān)注。針對傳統(tǒng)方法不易控制納米粒子的粒徑分布及形貌等缺點,利用Syrris流動化學(xué)系統(tǒng)的微通道芯片反應(yīng)器,改變反應(yīng)溫度、停留時間等參數(shù),可以的調(diào)控所合成粒子的性能,同時可以將顆粒的成核及生長過程分開進(jìn)行,為研究納米顆粒的形成過程提供了一個良好的途徑。
文獻(xiàn):Gold Nanoparticles Synthesis in a Flow Microreactor Stabilized with a PVA (polyvinyl alcohol)
The aim of this study was to produce gold nanoparticles by reduction of gold (III)chloride complexions ([AuCl4]) with sodium borohydride (NaBH4) in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as a stabilizer. The influence of temperature and the flow rate on the size and distribution of obtained nanoparticles were studied.
